Attorney General Bill to Raise Legal Smoking Age to 21 Passes House Panel Vote

Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson’s proposed bill to raise the sale age for tobacco and “vape” products to 21 passed the House Health Care and Wellness Committee in a bipartisan 9-3 vote, according to a press release.
